Friendship Strategy Sessions
Who is this for?
- This is not therapy, as I am not a therapist. I’m a writer and podcaster who has been studying, writing, and talking about friendship since 2014. I am direct but compassionate and deeply motivated to help people improve their friendships. I think friendship CAN and SHOULD BE easier. And I believe I can help.
- The friendship strategy sessions are for you if you’ve been reading the newsletter and/or listening to the Dear Nina show, but want advice specific to your friendship dilemma.
- You don’t need to be going through a friendship problem to sign up for a session. You might be trying to figure out your next friendship “move.” Perhaps there are several opportunities in front of you, and you’d like to discuss where to put your energy.
- We will focus on actionable steps to address a current friendship dilemma you’re facing and ways to address other concerns in your social life.
How does it work?
Send me an email at [email protected] and I will start the scheduling process with you.
- I will schedule up to 3 one-hour sessions per person. Pricing is per hour. If one hour is all it takes—great!
- Options to meet: Zoom, a regular phone call, or through WhatsApp voice memos for an asynchronous option. (The last option works well for time difference challenges, but is available to anyone.)
- After each session, I will send detailed notes about our discussion and your action plan.
- Invoices must be paid before each session begins.
How much does it cost?
Single 60-minute sessions are $200, paid in full at the time of booking.

👋 Nice to meet you! I’m ****Nina Badzin, a writer who has been focusing on the topic of friendship since my first friendship advice column in 2014. I started the podcast, Dear Nina: Conversations About Friendship, in 2021 and turned it into a top 1% globally charted podcast. I’m known for practical, direct, and compassionate advice. Readers and listeners have been asking to work with me one-on-one for friendship advice and for podcasting advice. I’m thrilled to offer both!
